We  deeply regret to inform the Sad Demise of 
                      COM S.MANOHARAN,
        Former Vice President, Vellore Division,
                     Assistant, Ranipet Branch
Expired on 23.08.2011, midnight  due to illness.

Committed to the Organization, Superb Organizing
Skills, participation in all events not just confined  to
AIIEA but of all left and progressive movements 
are  his special features.

He as the President of Ranipet Branch Unit  had
set a trend in conducting a Divisional Conference
with his team  in 2002 itself. It was during this 
Conference, all festoons which decorated  the
streets of Ranipet  were destroyed in the Heavy
Rain on the previous night and when we wake up
at 5 am we were surprised to see the Red Festoons
of AIIEA Logo fly everywhere in Ranipet. That
was the example for his dedicated team work.

In 2008 june, He was struggling for life in a
Hospital Chennai and when we went to see him
his respiratory system was almost collapsed. 
We were talking to ourselves whether this 
will be our last chance to see Mano alive.


To all our surprise when had a statewide 
van jatha in July 2008 in connection  with the
SZIEF  Conference at Madurai  and when 
the Jatha reached  Ranipet, It is Com Mano
who was in forefront organizing  the 
Campaign  Meeting  in  Two Spots. It is
his commitment
