Demonstration in District Capitals

The Silver Jubilee Year Conference of Vellore Division
had decided to conduct Mass Demonstration in Public
Place against allowing FDI in Retail Trade at an
appropriate time.

Since the UPA Government  had decided to allow
the entry of FDI in Retail Trade and continued with
other Anti People Activities such as Hike in Diesel Price,
Restriction of Domestic LPG Cylinders and Sale of 
PSU Shares, Mass Demonstration was held in all
District Capitals on 25.09.2012.

Demonstrations were held in Vellore, Pondicherry,
Cuddalore, Thiruvannamalai and Villupuram. Besides
the Comrades of AIIEA, Comrades from Traders' 
Associations, Fraternal  Unions, CPI(M) took
part in the Demonstrations.

Total of 300 Comrades participated in the 
Demonstrations conducted in these 5 centres.
Leaflets exposing the Anti People Policies were
also issued to the Public.
