காஷ்மீர் வரை கன்னியாகுமரி வரை விரிந்திருப்பது
இந்திய நாடு மட்டுமல்ல. அகில இந்திய இன்சூரன்ஸ்
ஊழியர் சங்கமும் கூட. அரசியல்வாதிகளால் தேசமும்
மக்களும் ஜாதி, மதம், இனம், மொழி, மாநிலம், அதிலே
ஒரு பிராந்தியம் என பிரிந்து நிற்கும் வேளையில்
ஒற்றுமையின் அடையாளமாய் நிற்பது அகில இந்திய
இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஊழியர் சங்கம். ஒரு அறைகூவல் விடுக்கப்
பட்டால் அது இந்தியா முழுதும் ஒரே மாதிரியாக
அனுசரிக்கப்படுவது அகில இந்திய இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஊழியர்
சங்க உறுப்பினர்களால் மட்டுமே.
அகில இந்திய இன்சூரன்ஸ் ஊழியர் சங்கத்தின் வைர விழா
ஆண்டு கொண்டாட்டம் ஒரு எடுத்துக்காட்டு. தேசம் முழுதும்
உற்சாகத்தோடும் எழுச்சியோடும் கொண்டாடப்பட்டதன்
உதாரணமாக கீழே உள்ள படத்தை பாருங்கள். பஞ்சாப்
மாநிலம் லூதியான கோட்டத்தின் ஒரு கிளையில்
நடைபெற்ற கொண்டாட்டம் இது.
இது போன்றதொரு பெருமை வேறு எந்த அமைப்பிற்காவது
கிடைக்க வாய்ப்புண்டா?

It is not just our nation India which is spread from Kashmir to Kanniyakumari, also Our
AIIEA. While the politicians divide the nation and People by caste, religion, language, nationality, region and state, AIIEA stands as a symbol of Unity. When a call is given, it is implemented in the same spirit only by the members of AIIEA.
The Diamond Jubilee Celebration of AIIEA is an example for this unity and spirit. The picture below is the celebration of a branch
unit in Ludhiyana in Punjab. AIIEA unites the members as working class
whether any other organization is so unique?
