of new Zonal & Divisional Offices are the major recommendations of the
Committee.

General Secretary, CITU. While the Conference was in session, West Bengal
Assembly passed a Resolution not to implement the Malhotra committee report.

Campaign was also decided. Com Saroj Chaudhry and Com N.M.Sundaram were elected as President and General Secretary.
